What is the minimum order quantity?
We are proud to be able to offer the lowest minimum order quantity in the custom print industry - 18 units.
What is the lead time?
Generally, orders are produced and delivered within 3-4 weeks from the date payment is received and artwork is approved. However we will always aim to work to your own schedule wherever possible. Contact us for more accurate lead time.
What if I would like different colour bottles in a single order?
We can mix and match bottle colours (not styles) upon request in a single order. The quantities for each colour must be at least 6 units. For example, you can order 60 units of eddy .75L in 10 different colours, 6 units of each colour. You can’t order 12 units of eddy .75L in blue plus 12 units of Podium .6L in Carbon in one single order. They will count as separate orders.

How does CamelBak Customisation tool work?
You can upload any .jpeg or .png image and add text to create your unique design. We will then require all artwork elements submitted to us in vector format to firstname.lastname@example.org. Customisation tool is used for visual purposes only. We will provide you with a professional art proof before printing.
I have uploaded an image which appears with white background? Why does this happen?
This happens because you have uploaded a .jpeg file which does not support background transparency. You should use .png or .gif formats that allows transparency. Don’t worry about white background in customisation preview. We will be able to remove white background from a vector file that is required for printing.
How do I make image background transparent?
White background in .jpeg and .png files can be removed in Adobe Photoshop.
Where should I send my artwork?
You can summit your bottle design using our customisation tool. This design will be used for visualisation purposes only. It is very useful as it gives us an idea on how and where you would like to position your logo or image. Please submit your completed artwork in vector format to email@example.com.
What printing method do you use?
We use digital print which can achieve photographic image effect.
How many colours can you print?
We can print unlimited colours including gradients.
Can I print onto coloured water bottles?
Yes we can, but we do not guarantee a PMS colour. A white underlay is placed underneath the art to gives colours a solid background to be able to retain the exact colour. If we do not use a white underlay the colour changes, e.g. blue onto red may change to purple, blue onto yellow may change to green. Please note that a white underlay cannot be placed under every design, depending on the size and shape of the design.
What type of artwork file do you accept for printing?
We accept vector formatted files saved as .AI, .EPS or PDF only.
What is vector format and why do you only accept vector files?
Vector file types such as EPS, AI and PDF are excellent for creating graphics that frequently require resizing. Your company logo and brand graphics are usually created as a vector and saved as a master file so you can use it with smaller items such as your business card and letterhead. Your graphic design or marketing team should have access to your company logo or art in vector format. Visit wiki page for more details.
I do not have a graphic design team and can’t supply a vector file. Can you help?
Yes, we can create a custom art based on your requirement for an additional fee. Contact us for more details on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you provide an art proof?
Before every job commences we supply a digital art proof for your approval.
What are the maximum print dimension?
Print dimensions vary by bottle style. Visit print templates page for complete details.
Can you supply print templates?
Yes, you can download print templates for all bottle styles here.
